Meet Coach Deepali

I am a certified Youth Resilience Coach, Youth Wellbeing Coach and Youth Health Coach, specializing in Youth Life Coaching, Resilience and wellbeing coaching, Career Guidance, Academic Coaching, and Parent & Guardian Coaching Services. With a strong foundation in media, marketing, and business development, I bring a wealth of experience to empower young individuals and drive their success.

My coaching philosophy blends professional development with a focus on fostering resilience and overall wellbeing in youth. I am deeply passionate about helping young people build healthier mindsets, stronger self-esteem, and resilience. Through strengths-based coaching, Action & Commitment coaching, mindfulness practices, and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching techniques, I provide a holistic, compassionate approach. Above all, I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where every individual feels supported in their growth.

As a Certified Youth Health Coach, I integrate evidence-based principles from Lifestyle Medicine for Adolescents to support young people in achieving their health and wellness goals. My training enables me to address a range of youth-specific issues through lifestyle coaching, including social determinants of health, prevention and self-management of chronic conditions, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, mental health, and substance use.

By combining this specialized knowledge with my coaching skills, I empower clients to make informed, sustainable lifestyle changes that promote long-term well-being and resilience.
